Welcome to Pennywise, a budget and expense tracking app (“Pennywise” or “the App”), owned and operated by Blucheap LLC (“Blucheap,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using Pennywise, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Pennywise Features

Pennywise offers both free and monetized features. Free features may be available for all users, while monetized features require a subscription. Monetized features include but are not limited to generating reports, choosing a different currency, and creating multiple accounts. Subscriptions are available on a monthly, semi-annual, and annual basis. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

Pennywise offers the following subscription plans for monetized features:

Monthly Subscription: Billed on a monthly basis.
Semi-Annual Subscription: Billed every six months.
Annual Subscription: Billed once a year.

The subscription fees and billing cycle may vary based on your selected plan and location. By subscribing to any of these plans, you agree to pay the applicable fees associated with your subscription.

4. Payment and Billing

Payment for Pennywise subscriptions will be charged to your Apple App Store account (for iOS users) or your Google Play Store account (for Android users) upon confirmation of your purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings on the respective app store.

5. Refund Policy

Pennywise offers a 14-day refund policy for subscription purchases. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the app store from which you made your purchase.

6. Use of Pennywise

You agree to use Pennywise in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not use Pennywise for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.

7. Privacy and Data Security

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or modify your access to Pennywise for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without notice.

We may update and modify these Terms at any time, and the most current version will be available within the App. We also reserve the right to change, add, or remove features, pricing, or any aspect of Pennywise at our discretion.
